One Mind One Body invites you to Becoming Her | A 5 Senses Experience
Join us for a morning designed to help you reconnect with yourself through sight, sound, smell, taste, and touch. You will move through guided sessions that include laughter and storytelling, lympho-fascia release, seasonal tasting, scent exploration, and a visualization practice to help you see your healthiest self.
You will have the opportunity to connect with other women in business, explore local vendors, and leave feeling refreshed and inspired. Breakfast and refreshments will be provided.
