BAYS has been dedicated to supporting Florida’s youth for over 40 years, growing from its roots as Bay Area Youth Services into a statewide organization offering a wide range of programs. Founded by the late William F. Bowman, our mission has always been to improve the quality of life and unlock the potential of children and young people. Through decades of experience, we have expanded our reach to serve not only adolescents in juvenile justice programs but also children, youth, and families across the state.
