The Veteran Association of Real Estate Professionals (VAREP) is a national nonprofit organization committed to improving the lives of veterans through education, housing, economic development, and philanthropy. Established in 2011 as the USA Homeownership Foundation, Inc., VAREP received federal 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status in 2012 and expanded its national reach to better serve veterans and their families. In December 2019, VAREP formally incorporated its Doing Business As name as a 501(c)(19) non-chartered Veterans Service Organization, strengthening its ability to advocate for and support veterans across the country through increased resources and a broader footprint.

As a dedicated Veteran Service Organization working alongside a housing and economic development mission, VAREP delivers impactful programs that support transitioning service members and veterans with job training, placement assistance, business development, and mentorship. Through grassroots advocacy, the organization addresses critical issues such as veteran homelessness, affordable housing, suicide prevention, and overall wellness. Guided by a vision of unity and inclusivity, VAREP strives to be a trusted hub where veterans of all backgrounds can access resources, guidance, and meaningful support-and when direct assistance is not available, be confidently connected to the right path forward.
