Emerald Island & Rainbow Club Casinos Announce New Rewards Center Marketing SpecialistEmerald Island Casino and Rainbow Club Casinos are proud to announce the promotion of Chelsea Crossley to Rewards Center Marketing Specialist, recognizing her continued growth and contributions to the organization.Crossley began her career with Emerald Island Casino in 2021 as a Rewards Center Ambassador and quickly demonstrated a strong commitment to guest service and operational excellence. In October 2022, she was promoted to Rewards Center Assistant Manager. Before joining Emerald Island Casino, Crossley spent nearly a decade at Sunset Station Casino in various roles. In her new position, Crossley will work closely with the Director of Operations and Assistant General Manager to support daily operations and enhance the guest experience. Her responsibilities include assisting with promotional drawings, developing and producing marketing materials such as graphics and print collateral, and supporting the execution of promotional campaigns and incentives. She also plays a key role in the Rewards Center, assisting guests, managing employee schedules, and helping curate merchandise and gifts that elevate the player experience. “Chelsea’s dedication, creativity, and strong work ethic have made a lasting impact on our team and our guests,” said Tim Brooks, general manager of the Emerald Island & Rainbow Club Casinos. “Her growth within the organization is a testament to her talent and commitment, and we are excited to see her continue to thrive in this new role.” A proud Henderson native, Crossley is currently pursuing a degree in Marketing at Western Governors University. She previously studied Psychology at Southern Utah University and is a graduate of Green Valley High School. Outside of work, Crossley enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and attending K-pop concerts.
