Sam brings a wealth of experience and a unique perspective, poised to make significant contributions to our advocacy efforts, particularly in areas close to his heart such as veteran’s rights and individual liberties.Born and raised in the East Valley, Sam is a proud graduate of Basha High School (Class of 2007). His commitment to service is evident from his early days, having joined the Marine Corps shortly after graduation. During his distinguished and decorated military career, Sam served in the 1st Fleet Anti-Terrorism Security Team for two years, followed by a tenure with the 1st Battalion 1st Marine Regiment. His service included four deployments, showcasing his dedication and bravery. In 2015, Sam was medically retired due to wounds received in Operation Enduring Freedom, marking the end of a notable chapter in his life. Post-military, Sam's journey took him through various trades, utilizing the GI Bill to further his education. He earned an Associate Degree in General Business from Mesa Community College, followed by a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management from WP Carey School of Business at Arizona State University in 2022. Prior to joining EPIC Policy Group, Sam gained valuable experience as a scheduling engineer for a major general contractor in Arizona. His decision to shift gears and engage in policy advocacy reflects his ongoing commitment to making a difference, especially in areas affecting veterans and the promotion of individual liberties. We are looking forward to his graduating with a law degree in the future also. Sam’s unique blend of military experience, educational background, and professional expertise positions him as an invaluable asset to EPIC Policy Group.
