Carroll McDonald's Receiving a Remodel

CARROLL MCDONALD’S RECEIVING A REMODEL

We are excited to announce that Carroll McDonald’s is receiving a complete remodel of the interior of the restaurant for the whole community to enjoy! Construction begin on March 14th with an estimated completion time around mid-April. The dining room will be closed during construction, but the drive-thru will remain open to serve customers.

The design for the inside will have a modern look with natural elements, to create a cozy and welcoming environment. For those looking to order at their own pace, the restaurant will offer digital self-order kiosks to make ordering and paying for a meal easy. The front counter registers will also still be there as an ordering option. Guests’ orders will be delivered to tables by McDonald’s crew members, allowing customers to relax and enjoy a more custom dining experience.

With these new changes, the restaurant will be placing a higher emphasis on hospitality by focusing on greeting customers, assisting with technology and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment. These changes also require more employees for the restaurant, which means we will be hiring prior to the Grand Re-Opening. If you or anyone you know would like to join our team, you can fill out an application online at www.obrienmcdonalds.com/hiring.

The store will hold a Grand Re-Opening to celebrate the completion of the project with the community. More information will be posted on the O’Brien Family McDonald’s Facebook page when it gets scheduled. The O’Brien Family McDonald’s organization has been in operation for 61 years and owns 18 McDonald’s restaurants in Iowa. The organization acquired the Carroll restaurant in August 2018 and is excited to bring a fresh update to the restaurant for the community.
