Revity Credit Union Employees Raise $1,385 for the Overnight Warming Locations in Alton, Edwardsville and Granite City

With a heartwarming start to the year, Revity Credit Union employees came together to raise $1,385.00 for the Overnight Warming Locations through the Jeans for Generations program. Revity Credit Union is thrilled to announce the launch of this year's Jeans for Generations program.

This program represents the credit union’s philosophy of people helping people, as employees come together to support local communities. In January, Revity Credit Union employees raised $1,385.00 for the Overnight Warming Locations (OWL) in Alton, Edwardsville, and Granite City.

The Jeans for Generations program, driven by employee involvement, encourages staff to make a meaningful impact by contributing monthly donations to local charities. In return, employees enjoy the comfort of wearing jeans and tennis shoes on Fridays and Saturdays. This year’s program is particularly significant as Revity celebrates 85 years of community service, focusing on honoring the past, helping the present, and lifting the future.

he January donation to OWL will provide critical support for our unhoused neighbors, offering them a warm and safe haven during the coldest nights when temperatures drop below twenty degrees. Revity Credit Union’s contribution will ensure OWL can continue offering essential services to those in need during extreme weather conditions.
