Description
A party for people who like to relax. The Calm Down Disco is part of oGoFloat's Member May celebration, and everyone is invited.
Join us Sunday, May 24 from 2 to 6pm at the Penticton Seniors' Centre on South Main Street for an afternoon that starts with stillness and ends with a dance floor.
2pm -- Yoga and sound bath offered by Steady Effort Yoga Sound Wellness
3pm -- Floaty themed game show with prizes
4pm -- Silent disco until 6pm

Details:
Light snacks and hydration will be provided. Bring a yoga mat and water bottle.
Calm Down Float Club members, spouses, and kids attend free. Everyone else is welcome for $15 per person or $25 per family.
