Come energize your Saturday with a Fitness Class at Laughlin Ranch!  Annette Wegmann will lead the crew through interval training, while individualized fitness levels are honored. Body weight to heavy weight ranges can be chosen.  Class members are invited to workout at the fitness center after class, as well.
