1-Mile Fun Walk Benefiting the Siteman Cancer Center - St. Peters
The Walk for Hope, presented by Haystack MRD by Quest Diagnostic, is where we unite supporters across our community to provide health, healing & hope for any patient who enters our Siteman Cancer Center - St. Peters. Regardless of your pace or path, when you join the walk, you're taking steps to support the future of cancer care in St. Charles County.
This is an inspiring, family-friendly event and will consist of a 1-mile fun walk followed by a health and resource fair. As we build this symbol of hope that unites people behind the mission of the Barnes-Jewish St. Peters & Progress West Foundation, we will also provide access to health and healing resources in our area.
The Walk for Hope is an evolution of our Ribbon of Hope event. The spirit of Ribbon of Hope will live on in our walk. Watch our video from the 2024 event to get a taste of what's coming on April 25!

The Walk for Hope is an inspiring, family-friendly event that unites people behind the mission of the Barnes-Jewish St. Peters & Progress West Foundation.
Steps to Walk:
- Register: Start a team, join an already existing team or participate as an individual and invite friends, family and colleagues to join your team.
- Fundraise: Tell people why you're supporting the Foundation and ask for their support.
- Walk Day: See our mission in action and celebrate your fundraising success.
Walk Day Details
- Event Date: Saturday, April 25, 2026
- Event Location: Siteman Cancer Center - St. Peters | 150 Entrance Way, St. Peters, MO 63376
- Event Schedule: Registration begins at 8:30 AM | Program Begins at 9:15 | Walk Starts at 9:30 | Health and Resource Fair 10 am - 1 pm
- Registration Fees: Adults - $25 | Children (ages 5-15) - $15 | No registration fee for children under 5
- T-shirt information: Every registration made before April 10, 2026 will receive a t-shirt at walk. Registrations made after that date, we cannot guarantee correct sizing will be available.
- Parking Information: Please park in the designated parking areas; follow signs once you are on the hospital campus.
The Fun Doesn't End at the Finish Line!
Keep the celebration going with some Family Fun happening outside of the Siteman Cancer Center. More details on activities to come!
