In Delaware, small business is big business. But we all know that the secret to our success isn't just hard work—it’s the ability to reach the right customers at the right time without a Madison Avenue budget.
Today, the most important tool for the Delaware Small Business Chamber community is the ad-supported internet. Whether you’re a contractor using search and Local Services Ads, a boutique reaching customers on Instagram or streaming and connected TV, or a consultant using targeted LinkedIn tools, these platforms allow us to compete with national chains on a level playing field.
The DSBC is joining the Delaware chapter of Internet for Growth to ensure these tools remain accessible.
Our Stance: Advocacy, Not Politics
As a Chamber, we are committed to being a non-political organization. Our involvement in this coalition is not about a political party or a candidate—it is strictly about business advocacy. We are standing up for our members' economic interests and ensuring that common-sense policies protect data-driven online tools that help New Castle County and all of Delaware thrive.
What’s at Stake?
New regulations and national policy shifts—such as a growing patchwork of state laws, limits on personalization that help you reach the right customer, and emerging taxes on digital advertising and marketing services—could make it harder and much more expensive for small businesses to use the digital tools we rely on.
