R.L. Workman Homes is a proud family‑owned builder, founded by Army veteran Bob Workman and his wife, Karen Workman. After more than a decade working alongside Karen’s father, Karol George, at KE&G, Bob and Karen launched R.L. Workman Homes—and the rest is hometown history!

Over the past 25 years, Bob has built thousands of homes across Southern Arizona, including housing for our soldiers on Fort Huachuca, and has partnered with many amazing local family-owned businesses—some since the very beginning. 💪🌵❤️

Now, it’s time to celebrate this milestone with our community!
