Many leaders struggle to communicate in ways that inspire trust, foster collaboration, and navigate challenges effectively. This two-part series provides practical tools and hands-on strategies to strengthen clarity, empathy, and impact in daily interactions. Designed for professionals, managers, and team leaders, the course equips participants to build stronger relationships and lead with confidence.
Learning Objectives:
- Apply five key principles to communicate with clarity, transparency, and empathy.
- Develop confidence in navigating difficult conversations and delivering feedback using proven models.
- Strengthen listening, questioning, and emotional regulation skills to enhance trust and collaboration.
- Build a culture of open communication that strengthens relationships and accountability.
- Improve team effectiveness by equipping leaders to handle feedback and conflict constructively.
- Foster collaboration and inclusion, even in hybrid and digital environments.
Trainer Bio: Jovanni Tricerri is a collaboration coach, trainer, and facilitator with over 25 years of experience bringing diverse groups together to solve complex challenges. He designs leadership programs for youth, executives, and managers, helping them lead with intention and impact. Jovanni holds degrees from Westmont College and Gonzaga University in Communication and Leadership.
