Description
Caregiver Connections is a drop-in support group that meets at Lumina every second Tuesday of the month, from 10:30 am to 12 pm. The purpose of this group is to provide a format for sharing common experiences and for supporting one another along the difficult path of caregiving. Open to all family caregivers in our community regardless of type of illness or prognosis. Groups are open to anyone regardless of current or prior hospice participation. No registration required.
