Jennifer Coleman-Jones is the Vice President of Human Resources for CommonSpirit Health’s Southwest Market, of which Dignity Health is a member. In this role, Jennifer oversees all operational and strategic human resources activities and works to develop the organization’s HR culture, talent, structure, systems and processes.
Prior to joining CommonSpirit Health's Southwest Market, Jennifer was the HR Director for the corporate and physician network at CommonSpirit Health in Omaha. With more than 20 years of HR experience, Jennifer has expertise in employee relations, organizational development, recruiting, change management, diversity programs, employee engagement, and retention.
Diana Hindi
Vice President of People & Culture | VAI Resort
Diana leads the people and culture strategy at VAI Resort, where she is focused on building an exceptional work environment for more than 3,000 team members. Her work centers on creating a high-energy, people-first culture while developing systems and strategies that support rapid growth and long-term workforce sustainability.
Prior to VAI, Diana spent more than 30 years with Marriott International, holding senior leadership roles across hotel operations and human resources, where she led workforce planning, employee engagement, and retention initiatives at scale. A longtime Arizona resident, Diana is passionate about developing talent pipelines and creating meaningful career opportunities that support the growth of both the hospitality industry and the Glendale community. She enjoys traveling, volunteering, and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
Josh Lamping
Group Director of Supply Chain Management | Walmart
Josh Lamping is a Group Director of Supply Chain Management at Walmart, where he leads large‑scale fulfillment operations with a strong focus on workforce development, operational excellence, and community impact. In his current role, Josh oversees nine fulfillment sites across Kansas, Arizona, California, Utah, and Nevada, which collectively employ nearly 5,800 people and play a critical role in supporting regional economies.
These sites shipped almost 100 million units last year and more than 20 million units so far this year, reflecting both the scale of operations and the importance of strong local leadership and talent development.
Throughout his career at Walmart, Josh has held multiple roles of increasing responsibility within the fulfillment network, including leading the development and opening of the PHX1 Fulfillment Center, helping establish long‑term logistics infrastructure and employment opportunities in the region.
Josh is known for a people‑first leadership approach, emphasizing associate engagement, leadership development, and safe, reliable operations. His work highlights the direct connection between effective supply chain leadership, workforce readiness, and positive economic impact in the communities Walmart serves.
Josh and his wife, Jessica, live in Rogers, Arkansas, and recently welcomed their first child, Jaxson, last October.
Davis Parker
Plant HR Manager, AO Phoenix | Corning
Davis Parker is the Plant HR Manager for Corning Incorporated’s site in Glendale, Arizona. He leads tactical and strategic human resources efforts at the plant level while collaborating with corporate HR on enterprise‑wide priorities. Davis holds a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations (MILR) from Cornell University’s ILR School, a Master’s in International Studies from Newcastle University, and a Bachelor’s in History from SUNY Geneseo.
