Join us for a community event filled with many local resourceful organizations specializing in mental health. Take advantage of this great opportunity, YOU DON’T HAVE TO DO IT ALONE!

This is a come-and-go event starting at 6 pm to 8 pm. We will have vendors set up to provide informational material, giveaways, DJ, and a fun environment to help with all your mental health concerns.

The theme for Mental Health Awareness Month 2024 is “Movement: Moving more for our mental health”. This theme encourages us to recognize the vital role physical activity plays in promoting mental well-being.
