Communities In Schools Toiletry Drive
Description
On September 4th from 11:00am - 3:00pm, staff and volunteers from Communities In Schools will be hosting their first-ever Toiletry Drive in front of K-Mart located at 2450 Mountain City Highway in Elko. This drive is a part of the CIS Health & Wellness Initiative.Community members are welcome to drop off items from our “Wish List,” such as shampoo, body wash, toothpaste, toothbrush, dental floss, mouth wash, deodorant, shaving cream, razors, hand sanitizer, Q-tips, lotion, hand soap, feminine hygiene products and briefs/boxers. Communities In Schools of Northeastern Nevada will provide hygiene packs to students who need them in schools throughout Elko County at no charge as part of our efforts to ensure children are able to fully reach their academic, emotional and social potential.
