Annual Pancake Breakfast at the Eagles Hall (corner of Montgomery & Myers Streets)

Annual Salmon Run - 8:00 am starting at River Bend Park
The Salmon Run is a Salmon Festival Tradition! Join us for a 5K walk or run, 10K run or the Free Kid's 1/2-mile Fun Run at Riverbend Park at the west end of Montgomery St. The 5K and 10K courses are out-and-back routes that follow the beautiful, undulating terrain of the Feather River Trail. Maidu Salmon Ceremony - 10:00am at the Feather River Nature Center. This traditional native ceremony celebrates the return of the salmon. Come and experience this historic celebration.

The Salmon—Live!
Activities and attractions at the Feather River Hatchery include watching the salmon go up the fish ladder, spawning salmon, tours (every ˝ hour from 10:30-3:00), live aquarium, Salmon Theater with a live theatrical production, fun environmental activities for children, including sign-ups for the Jack Splash club with the YMCA, and lots of food! Help keep the Kiwanis Fire House working by purchasing barbecued salmon at the Kiwanis booth! Information: 538-2222

Salmon Festival Downtown Street Faire
The Downtown Business Association will have four blocks filled with vendors, artists, music and food, including BBQ salmon from the Optimist Club of Oroville. Information: 534-9005

Family Fun Day
The Butte County of office of Education after school program will have their Annual Family Fun Day at Bicentennial Park (corner of Robinson and Huntoon streets) - Family-oriented games, activities, live music and a talent show!
