Perinatal depression is a silent type of depression that many women often experience and don't share because of the stigma and hide behind a mask of their true feelings at times.  We want to raise awareness that even though you might have never experienced depression, you could still develop depression during pregnancy.  This Masquerade banquet is having UNM Speakers share informative information regarding Maternal Mental Health Disorder. We will also have special guests from out of state.  Two husbands sharing about there experience and how it lead them to opening up their foundations in their wives names.  We will have entertainment, music, food and silent auctions.
