Infill sites take advantage of existing utilities and deter sprawl, making this presentation a great opportunity for ULI members looking for development prospects in one of the East Bay’s most dynamic cities. Walnut Creek has several interesting projects in the pipeline, including projects that are approved but not yet built, as well as projects still working through the entitlement process. Attendees will learn about the city’s specific plans, future development objectives, and participate in a Q & A session with community leadership.
