Details:
The Inland Empire Law Center will present a legal summary of the basic principles of probate administration and estate planning to insure that your assets are properly distributed to your beneficiaries or heirs upon death. Proper estate planning methods will insure that you avoid the high cost and long delays that your heirs will incur if ending up in probate court. Basic principles and introductory step by step procedures will be discussed to be followed by a question and answer session.
