Description
Sponsored by the Plumas Ski Club in Johnsville, CA at the Plumas-Eureka Ski Bowl. Contests and races commemorating the 1855 origin of downhill skiing. Races take place on 1860's Style, 9 ft.- 16 ft. Wooden skis. Prizes for races & attire, unique fun! Historic attire/leather boots required. Authenic "dope" wax only. Dope wax available. Use of club longboards on first come, first serve basis - limited quantitiy of club skiis available. Entry fees: Plumas Ski Club Membership required (for insurance): $15 membership fee. $10 race fee for Card Carrying Ski Club Members using private longboard skis. $20 fee for Club Members using club longboards.
