Dave is an SVP/Advisor with Gundaker Commercial Group, bringing over 36 years of experience helping clients understand their CRE decisions with clarity and confidence. He specializes in commercial leasing for tenants on strategies that maximize value/save money, and reduce risk. His experience allows his clients to think beyond the CRE transaction.

 

Throughout his career, David has been involved in more than $1 billion in commercial real estate transactions, representing institutional clients such as MetLife Real Estate Investments (Metropolitan Square) Trizec Properties, U.S. Bank, and RREEF, as well as numerous respected local and regional organizations, including Legal Services of Eastern Missouri, Dierbergs Markets, UMB Bank, Brown & Brown, Barry-Wehmiller, and Missouri Lawyers Weekly.

 

In addition to his advisory work, David serves as a CRE Instructor for St. Louis REALTORS, sharing his deep market knowledge and commitment to professional excellence. He has earned both the CCIM and SIOR designations, a distinction achieved by fewer than one-half of one percent of Realtors nationwide, underscoring the expertise and fiduciary-level insight he brings to every client engagement.
