The Center for Academic Success emphasizes basic skills and responsible citizenship for students through effective instruction, with the aid of innovative technology and standardized curriculum in a safe and secure environment. Our goal is for all students to acquire the skills necessary to succeed at the next level, whether that be the next grade level, the next course in a sequence, higher education, or the workplace.

Established in 1996, CAS operates K-12 tuition-free public charter schools, including Sierra Vista Elementary, Middle, and High Schools, and Douglas Elementary, Middle, and High Schools. The institution prides itself on small class sizes and a staff of 100% highly qualified teachers. CAS has been recognized for its excellence, being designated a Purple Star School, named a Cognia School of Distinction, and operating as a PBIS Rewards School. It has also been awarded a 21st CCLC Grant.
