The organization provides essential support to individuals in need, offering free walk-in career services to the public.

By operating thrift stores and donation centers, Goodwill Southern Arizona creates jobs and funds various community programs. Last year, 11,502 individuals received support, and the organization employs over 650 full-time staff committed to building a brighter future for the community. Programs include adult reentry, career centers, one-stop adult employment, supported employment, metro youth programs, academics, community violence intervention, youth employment, young adult reentry, and youth restoration projects.
