For over 50 years, The Nature Conservancy in Arizona has partnered with communities, businesses, and state leadership to achieve conservation solutions that sustain Arizona’s freshwater, forests, grasslands, wildlife, and rich biodiversity. From high mountain forests to flowing rivers and booming cities, the organization innovates to address new challenges. Key program areas include Lands, Water, Healthy Cities, Climate, Forests, and Science. The Conservancy also offers volunteer opportunities and invites exploration of its preserves, with a long history of protecting Arizona’s wild places, including significant achievements in forest health, critical land and water protection, and community adaptation to climate change and urban heat.
