The Volunteer Interfaith Caregiver Program (VICaP) is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing essential services to elderly, disabled, and home-bound residents in Sierra Vista and surrounding rural communities within Cochise County. VICaP also partners with ITN America as a 'Trusted Transportation Provider,' offering free transportation for older adults and visually-impaired community members to eye-care appointments, including visits to ophthalmologists, optometrists, or for obtaining prescription eyeglasses.
