As a professional networking hub dedicated to fostering authentic connections and community among business professionals, non-profits, and students, the organization's signature event, Talking Tacos, was founded by Bailey Reese, driven by a passion for people and community. What began with 25 attendees has expanded to an average of 65 participants per event. These quarterly gatherings offer a unique twist on traditional networking, allowing attendees to enjoy an all-you-can-eat taco bar in a relaxed setting while building new friendships.

Each event features presentations by two business professionals who share insights into their work, followed by a spotlight on a different nonprofit organization. Reese Connect's mission is to cultivate an environment where individuals can thrive through meaningful interactions, shared experiences, and delicious food, supporting both personal and professional growth within the Idaho community.
