Established in the spring of 2009, this bakery was founded with the mission to produce healthy breads using local ingredients at an affordable price. Operating as both a retail and wholesale bakery, it primarily serves restaurants across the Gunnison Valley, with expanded distribution to Crested Butte, Lake City, and Salida. The bakery also participates in the Gunnison Farmers Market every summer.

They offer a diverse selection of delicious artisan breads and pastries, alongside new Take & Bake Pizzas. Owned by Deven and Sean Bennett, who also own Powerstop restaurant, the bakery emphasizes supporting local producers by using local ingredients whenever possible and upholding family traditions through tried and true recipes. All freshly baked goods are made daily in Gunnison, CO, and special orders can be accommodated.
