The Cupola is a unique business in downtown Carroll, Iowa, blending a home decor shop, gift shop, and wine bar under one roof. Owned by Deb Koster and operated as a family business with her daughters and daughters-in-law, its mission is to enhance retail opportunities in the downtown district.

The establishment offers a warm, cozy atmosphere where customers can shop for a variety of merchandise, including mugs, wool and blankets from the Amana Colonies, locally made candles, glassware, children's clothing from Mud Pie, and Myra bags.

In addition to its diverse retail selection, The Cupola provides a wine bar experience, featuring a selection of wines, beers, seltzers, and canned cocktails, allowing patrons to enjoy a night out. The building's design and contracting were handled by Koster's daughter and son-in-law, Jennie and Grant Noah of Soar Property Design, bringing her vision to life.
