The organization has been recognized as a Climate Champion at the 2025 Chicago Innovation Awards for its sustainable approach to community revitalization and lasting positive impact on Chicago. Operating a climate-positive, human-centered model on a sustainable six-acre site, Cultivate Collective offers a range of on-site services.

These include a K-8 Public School (AGC), Early Childhood Learning, Community Health & Wellness programs, Adult Learning Programs, the Little Leaf Market, Workforce Training, an Environmental Education Center, and Urban Farm & Community Gardens. The collective also strengthens the Leclaire Courts community in Chicago through trusted local partnerships and resources. Additionally, its immersive multidisciplinary facility is available for hosting events such as professional development sessions, wellness retreats, or company parties, providing an environment designed to spark inspiration.

The organization's pillars of impact are rooted in the Purpose Built Communities model, focusing on community learning, environmental sustainability, health & wellness, and economic vitality to cultivate racial equity, improved health outcomes, and upward mobility for the southwest Chicago community.
