Eastern Coffee Roasters, LLC is a locally owned, family-operated specialty coffee company proudly rooted in Cheney, Washington. Founded in 2023, our mission is simple: serve exceptional, small-batch roasted coffee while building meaningful connections throughout the communities we call home.

Our flagship coffee shop and roasting room is located at 15 Union St, Cheney, WA. inside the historic Cheney Train Depot, where we roast premium single origin coffee in small batches and serve handcrafted espresso drinks, brewed coffee, specialty beverages, and a curated food menu. Roasting in-house allows us to control quality from green bean to cup, ensuring freshness and a consistently outstanding customer experience.

In addition to our brick-and-mortar location, Eastern Coffee Roasters operates a fully equipped mobile coffee trailer that serves communities across Eastern Washington. Our trailer brings specialty coffee directly to local businesses, schools, community events, farmers markets, and corporate locations—creating accessible, high-quality coffee experiences wherever people gather.

As we continue to grow, Eastern Coffee Roasters has strategic expansion plans to introduce drive-through coffee locations throughout Eastern Washington. Our goal is to make premium, locally roasted coffee convenient and accessible while continuing to invest in the communities we serve.
