A Nevada-based nonprofit organization focused on expanding affordable senior housing and ensuring low-income residents have access to safe, sanitary, and supportive living environments. Founded in 2014, CLSN has partnered with Ovation Contracting Inc. to develop thirteen affordable senior housing communities totaling 1,871 units, all of which are currently in operation. Through these developments, CLSN works to promote residents’ health, independence, dignity, and overall well-being while addressing the growing housing needs of Nevada’s senior population.

In addition to housing, CLSN is dedicated to enriching the quality of life for residents through supportive services, community programs, and strategic partnerships. The organization connects residents with essential resources through local governments and nonprofit agencies, while service coordinators provide a wide range of educational, wellness, and social activities. CLSN also addresses food insecurity through its Food Rescue Program, distributing approximately 30,000 pounds of food each month, and offers additional support such as furniture donations and emergency rental assistance. Through these combined efforts, CLSN continues to foster stable, engaging communities where seniors can thrive.
