practiceALTADENA is a space dedicated to exploring what is possible through movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection. Rooted in the practice of yoga, we balance work-out and work-in, honoring both the physical discipline of asana and the inner work of awareness and being. Guided by the teachings of T. Krishnamacharya, we believe that every practice holds value, whether it emphasizes the body, the mind, or the self.
