Filling Homes, located in Napoleon, Ohio 43545, is a faith-based, nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across Henry, Fulton, Williams, and Defiance Counties. Backed by 42 Lutheran Church congregations throughout Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan, our mission is rooted in compassion, dignity, and service. We are committed to creating safe, supportive environments where every individual is valued and empowered to live a meaningful life.

Through our Intermediate Care Facility, we provide specialized care for individuals who are medically fragile or require daily physical assistance. Our Community Services program offers supportive group living options tailored to each person’s unique abilities and goals. With no age restrictions and the ability to serve individuals with complex health needs, we offer flexible support ranging from around-the-clock care to just a few hours of supervision each week.
