GO Foundation, Inc. is a nonprofit organization founded in 2024 by sisters Jessica Downey and Jeannie Owsley in loving memory of Gwendolynn Owsley. Established to honor Gwendolynn’s vision, the Foundation is dedicated to uplifting at-risk youth by prioritizing the earliest years of childhood when quality education, care, and community support are most influential in shaping lifelong well-being and success.
The Foundation is committed to strengthening families and communities through access to high-quality early childhood education and essential support services. By offering childcare scholarships, parenting education, and mental health resources, GO Foundation meets families where they are and empowers caregivers to nurture the whole child. Play-based learning and meaningful relationships are central to its approach, helping to restore a sense of connection and community within early childhood education.
Guided by its mission to provide innovative, high-quality childcare and resources, GO Foundation envisions a future where every family can access affordable early childhood care, education, and support. Through this work, the organization strives to create lasting positive outcomes for children, families, and the communities they call home.
