American Trademark Construction Services (ATCS) was founded in 1995 and has built a strong reputation for quality and reliability in the construction industry. Based in Englewood, Ohio, the company provides design/build, general contracting, and construction management services throughout the Dayton area and surrounding regions.

Originally founded by Stephen E. Risner and Timothy C. Bibler, the company is now owned by longtime team members Justin Deters, Andrew Huelskamp, and Emily Dolson, with Jeremy Sullenberger as a key partner in operations. Together, the leadership team brings over 70 years of experience with ATCS.
