The Mat-Su Council on Aging is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to promoting independence and enhancing the quality of life for older Alaskans in the Matanuska-Susitna Borough. Serving individuals aged 55 and older, we identify community needs, provide resources, and advocate for programs that support healthy, independent living.

Through education, relationship-building, and collaboration with agencies and service providers, we empower older adults and the organizations that serve them. Our goal is to ensure that every older Alaskan in the Mat-Su can live happily, safely, and with the support they need to thrive.
