I help small and medium sized businesses to implement the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).  EOS helps businesses "get more of what they want from their business" and address the most common frustrations of entrepreneurs of feeling they business has control of them instead of vice versa, their people don't fully understand the business's mission, and/or they are working super hard but the business just isn't delivering what they know it can.  I work with entrepreneurial leaders and their Leadership Teams to help get clarity, focus, and alignment all the way throughout the organization.  Best fit is companies with 8-100 people and a Leadership Team that is growth minded, willing to change, and more afraid of the status quo than changing and growing.
