The LCCC University Partnership Ridge Campus (UPRC) provides local residents with easy access to high-quality, affordable associate and bachelor's degrees. It is conveniently located in North Ridgeville, offering comprehensive student services such as admissions, course registration, and placement assessments.

The campus also provides academic advising and computer access for students, faculty, staff, and the community. UPRC houses a Patient Simulation Learning Center for Health and Wellness programs, including an Accelerated Paramedic Program. Additionally, it offers business and IT certificates and degrees, digital forensics, and computer application integration specialist programs.

The campus is also home to The University of Toledo's Computer Science and Engineering Bachelor of Science program, which is recognized as a top engineering program in Ohio.
