Born in Asuncion, Paraguay, in 1981, Fernando always had passion for animals, becoming the first veterinarian in his family. Fully bilingual, came to the United States with the dream of improving in career as much as possible, practiced in several Hospitals from Colorado and Arizona, and now is fulfilling his dream of owning his own clinic in the United States. Between 2014 and 2020, he also created 4 different Veterinary Clinics in Paraguay, which are managed long distance. Dr. Notario loves mentoring new veterinarians, and loves the challenge of day to day General Practice for dogs and cats.
