The City of Lino Lakes has contracted with GameDay Sports to establish a new brand and identity for the activity center. GameDay Sports presented the name The Rookery Activity Center and created a logo that is cohesive with the logo for the City.

A rookery is defined as a communal nesting place for a colony of gregarious birds, such as blue herons. For the City of Lino Lakes it was important to give the center a name that is unique to Lino Lakes as well a name that will evoke a sense of community and belonging.
